Clean 11 Concentrate is the only eyelash foam concentrate on the market that can be diluted to create a cleansing foam (perfect for professional use) and a pH-balanced foam (ideal for home use). It effectively removes all makeup from the face and eyes, including waterproof mascara. Originally developed for professional eyelash and eyebrow stylists, it is now also available for home use. It can be used daily and is compatible with eyelash extensions.

HOW IT WORKS

Clean 11 Concentrate is diluted to create a pH-balanced foam that removes all makeup without drying out the skin and lashes. The pH value indicates how acidic something is, ranging from 1 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Values below 7 are acidic, while a pH above 7 is alkaline. Human skin is slightly acidic, with a pH of about 5-5.5. To maintain the balance of skin and lash pH, beauty products should also be slightly acidic. Clean 11 Concentrate produces a foam with the correct pH to rebalance the pH of skin and lashes.

The product contains tea tree oil, which prevents the tiny oil glands at the base of the lashes from becoming clogged, thus preventing irritation, redness, and inflammation of the eyelids (blepharitis).

HOME USE

• Dilute 4ml of Clean 11 Concentrate per 60ml foamer with distilled water

• Apply foam and let it sit for 30 seconds

• Removes all eye makeup, including waterproof mascara

You can also use the foam from Clean 11 Concentrate to remove makeup residues from eyelash extensions after applying eye makeup. Simply apply a little foam to a mascara brush and brush through the lashes until the residues are gone.
